hi there!

I’m Holly

Registered Dietitian based in Oxford, Ohio.

Together, we will develop a plan that nourishes your health and vitality, is flexible, and includes your favorite foods.

Why Trust Me?

I know it’s hard to know who to trust. Everywhere you turn, someone’s promoting the “perfect diet” or the next big solution. Here’s what I want you to know about me—I’m rooted in evidence-based nutrition practices, and I stay up to date on the latest research to ensure you’re getting advice that’s grounded in science, not trends.

What’s more important, though, is that I listen to you. Your voice, your concerns, and your goals matter most. I’m here to support you, not to impose rigid rules or make you feel judged. You’ll find compassion, understanding, and solutions that feel right for your unique needs and lifestyle.

You Deserve to Feel Your Best.

Changes in your body can feel confusing and unfair, especially if you’re already doing so much to take care of yourself. But, with the right strategies and support, there’s a path forward. Together, we can create something that feels good, works for your body, and brings back a sense of confidence and ease.

You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here to help every step of the way. Whether it’s managing the ups and downs of perimenopause or balancing blood sugar levels, we’ll approach it with kindness, patience, and a plan that leaves you feeling empowered.

Let’s get started. You deserve this care.
